This Privacy Policy explains how the Academy of Regenerative Therapies & Science ("ARTS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the ARTS online learning platform at sdarts.uscreen.io, our website at artsregen.com, our apps, and our events (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

Account and profile information: your name, email address, password, and any profile details you choose to add, such as your practice, specialty, or credentials.
Purchase information: the membership or product you buy, the amount paid, any coupon used, and your billing details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Event registration information: details you provide when you register for the Regenerative Therapies Summit or other ARTS events.
Communications and content: messages you send us, forms and surveys you complete, and posts or comments you share in The ARTS Commons community.

Information collected automatically.

Usage information: the videos you watch, your watch history and favorites, and how you use the Services.
Device and technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location based on your IP address, and log data.
Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.

Records of your consent. When you purchase a membership, we keep a record of your agreement to the automatic renewal terms, including the date, plan, amount, your IP address, and the wording you agreed to.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Services, including your account, membership, and access to content.
To process payments, renewals, and cancellations, and to send receipts, renewal reminders, and other service messages.
To tell you about ARTS programs, events, and educational content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
To send text messages if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
To keep records required by law, including automatic renewal consent records.
To understand how the Services are used and to improve them.
To protect the security of the Services and prevent fraud or misuse.
To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described below.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the Services, such as our video platform and hosting provider, payment processors, email and customer relationship management tools, workflow automation tools, cloud storage, and event registration and e-commerce providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Community members. Content you post in The ARTS Commons is visible to other members.
With your direction or consent. We share information when you ask us to or agree to it.
Legal and safety reasons. We may share information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of ARTS, our members, or others.
Business transfers. If ARTS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Your choices and rights

Access and update: you can review and update your account information at any time in your account settings.
Copy or deletion: you can ask for a copy of your personal information or ask us to delete it by emailing info@sdarts.com. We may keep information we are required to keep by law, such as transaction and consent records.
Marketing: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP. We will still send service messages about your account and membership.
California residents: you may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes by emailing info@sdarts.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them.

5. Cookies and Do Not Track

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Services do not currently respond to them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We keep automatic renewal consent records for at least three years, and transaction records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password confidential and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults and healthcare professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Where information is processed

ARTS is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.

10. Third-party sites

The Services may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and we will notify members by email or through the Services before any material change takes effect.
