Colleagues & Friends,

Very glad that many of you were able to attend the full session at the 2026 ARTS Summit — this new COMMONS community is the perfect place to extend the conversation among devoted individuals who contribute to Regenerative Medicine evolution.

The heart of last year and this year’s presentation is simple: we can't call a treatment OR define an outcome as a direct result or actual "evidence". If we never work to measure what we delivered, the information may be valid but not reproducible by others (or yourself). AD-tSVF and HD-PRP are deployed every day, yet the cell content (numbers, viability, size) and platelet concentration (baseline and concentrate ACTUALLY attained are rarely tested or recorded. Without that documented cellular and biological blood derivative, an outcome is just an anecdote. You do not have to become a Clinical Trial site to be able to determine what the patients received and correlate their course and outcomes. Over time, these, along with standardization and clarity of vocabulary, will lead you to creating valuable data for the future.

Those who know me realize that I believe strongly in the value of centrifugation of the tSVF harvested for key important reasons. Use of a devoted, multipurpose, small, programmable centrifuge is now becoming a reality. This, paired with a point-of-care counting for cells, plus a simple hemocytometer to determine baseline-actual achieved platelet count, can become a measurement platform — so we all can finally connect dose to response, patient by patient, and report in publications and presentations to audiences who know the why and how.
